PREMIERE EPREUVE DU CHAMPIONNAT D'EUROPE MX2 EN ESPAGNE
Gros potentiel mais pas de Chance pour Loïc!
C’est plus au Sud dans la chaleur Espagnole que Loic Larrieu attaquait lui le championnat d’Europe ce week-end. Second temps de sa série qualificative samedi puis meilleur temps du warm-up dimanche, Loïc confirmait ses ambitions et s’élançait dans le bon groupe en première manche puisqu’il pointait rapidement septième. Remontant régulièrement ses rivaux, il prenait une excellente troisième place mais souffrait au second départ puisqu’il chutait au premier virage. Repartant dernier il remontait très vite en douzième position, avant de s’accrocher avec un adversaire ! Malheureusement un autre pilote n’allait pouvoir éviter la 250 Kawasaki au sol, arrachant une durite d’eau et empêchant Loic de repartir. On le retrouve le week-end prochain à Castelnau de Lévis, pour la seconde épreuve du championnat Européen.
It’s more south, near Madrid, that Loic Larrieu was this weekend for the opening round of the European Championship. Second in his qualifying session on Saturday and then fastest on Sunday morning during the warm-up, Loic had a good start in seventh position at the first race and came back third. He crashed at the second start and did a great come back from last to twelfth, but collided with a rival. Another bike hurt his 250 Kawasaki, and he had to retire as his Kawasaki was damaged. He will be in Castelnau de Levis (France) for the second round of the series next week.
